Kenneth Delbert England

Kenneth D. England, 76, of Sunfield, MI, peacefully passed away Monday May 18, 2015.  He was born March 2, 1939 near Walsh Colorado, the son of Monieta and Forest England. Kenneth attended Sunfield High School where he met his wife,  Joyce (Holton) England.  The couple were married 55 years and raised seven children and a grandson. He is preceded in death by his father, Forest England and brother, Delmer England.  Kenneth was a proud patriot and served his country for 8 years as a mechanic in the United States Air Force. After his military duties, he was employed by General Motors for over 25 years, retiring in 1997.  Kenneth is survived by his mother, Monieta England, brothers, Wesley (Gini) England and Farrell (Delores) England as well as son, Kenneth England of Hastings, daughter, Cheryl (Greg) Clark of Kentwood, daughter, Lisa (Jeff) England-Hoover of Ionia, son, Brian England of Middleville, son, Jeff England of Chattanooga, son, John (Amanda) England of Ionia, daughter, Amy England of Sunfield and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Services for Kenneth will be held at Grand Ledge Baptist Church 10:00 AM - Friday May 22, 2015. Following the service will be a grave side service with full USAF Military Rites.  Contributions may be made to Grand Ledge Baptist Church, or the Sunfield Sponsors of Programs for Youth, aka SPY’s Scholarship Fund.  C/O RFH PO Box 36 Sunfield, MI 48890.  The family is being served by the Independent Family Owned Funeral Home in Sunfield: Rosier Funeral Home.
