Susan Diane Darling

Susan Diane Darling, age 62, of Fowler, MI (formerly Sunfield, MI) passed away on October 1, 2021. 

Susan was born on May 7, 1959 to Wellman and Barbara (Newlin) Darling. She married Rodger Meyers on September 25th,1982 and together they welcomed three sons; Jason Andrew, Justin Charles and Joel Wellman. 

Susan worked for Luke’s IGA of Sunfield, Carl’s Supermarket of Sunfield and spent many years babysitting for various families in the Sunfield area. She enjoyed spending time with her children and granddaughter and catching up with friends and family. She also enjoyed gardening with her mother.        

Susan is survived by her children; Jason (Kate), Justin (Kristine) and Joel and her beloved granddaughter Allie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Wellman Jr., brother Benjamin, sister Barbara (Rich) Todd. Susan is survived by her brother Charles (Karen) Darling of Sunfield, MI. 

Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 5, at Sunfield United Brethren Church, Sunfield, MI from 6PM to 8PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Sunfield United Brethren Church at 11AM with Pastor John Mattern officiating. Interment will be at West Sebewa Cemetery.
